Our Financial Services division focuses on financial services and supports banks, insurance companies and asset managers to be successful in an ever-changing and fast-paced world.

As part of our Digital Engineering & Emerging Technologies team, you advise leading financial institutions, banks, insurance companies and asset managers - on FinOps strategies and cloud cost management on hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure) as well as on platforms such as OpenShift and Databricks. You can do a variety of tasks: Participation in the implementation of FinOps-Maturity-Assessments: Analysis of the Cloud Quality, Gap Analysis of Processes, Governance and Team Capabilities, and Evaluation of the Technology FinOps Tooling Land Support in the development of cloud optimization frameworks, design of FinOps-as code roadmaps and design of ITSM-driven governance models Participation in the implementation of target operating models: automated, policy-driven optimization execution and deployment of Agentic-AI-based FinOps-Use-Cases Creation and use of EY-Assets, such as FinOps-Maturity-Rapid-Assessment Tools, Cloud-Cost-Optimization-Frameworks, Lever Books and Operating-Model Blueprints Analysis and processing of cloud outputs as well as development of shared cost allocation models (use-based) and visualization of savings potentials for financial institutions

Successfully completed studies in computer science, economic informatics, economic engineering, business management, mathematics or a comparable degree course First knowledge in the field of cloud cost management, FinOps or IT controlling, as well as basic understanding of hyperscaler platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) and ideally knowledge of FinOps tooling solutions (e.g. IBM/Apptio, ServiceNow, Flexera) Very good communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English
