We are looking for CNC Programmer / Machine Operator (m/w/d) for our Linamar Casting Solutions GmbH in Leipzig.

Your tasks:

• CAM programming for milling machines
• Standardization and optimization of CNC machining
• Mechanical machining of castings from sphero casting
• Self-operating, ruts and setup of CNC milling machines
• Change and adjust tools and devices as required
• Reading of technical documents
• Monitoring and optimization of production steps
• Implementation of measurement checks and inspections according to the drawing
• Documentation of test results
• Reporting of deviations and participation in process improvement
• Ensure order and cleanliness at the workplace
• Work with Siemens and Heidenhain control systems

Your qualifications:

• Complete vocational training in a technical metal occupation or a comparable qualification
• Experience in the operation of CNC-controlled machines, ideally in series or small series production
• Experience in CAM programming, ideally Hypermill
• Technical understanding and quality awareness
• readiness for shiftwork
• Teamability, reliability and a structured working method
