daily collection and independent documentation of DRG-relevant data / procedures Review and completion of the documentation in medical records Close cooperation with all professional groups involved in the documentation process case-accompanying encoding as well as codiervisites Data collection for quality assurance Holiday and disease representation in the two disciplines of the Vivantes locations Spandau and Humboldt-Klinikum

successfully completed further training as a clinical coding specialist or documentation assistant with multi-year professional experience well-founded knowledge and practical experience in encoding diagnostics and procedures, the German Codes and the Fallpauschaleverordnung as well as the legal foundations of German health care Safety in medical specialist vocabulary and DRG coding comprehensive IT skills in MS Office and KIS (Orbis, ICM – SAPS/TISS, ventilation hours) friendly appearance Self-employment and enforcement and decision-making Organisational, communication and coordination capability Team spirit and social competence Willingness to interdisciplinary and cross-site cooperation with all professional groups involved in the documentation process Willingness to take over new tasks
