Your job offer as CNC lathe in Remscheid You are looking for a long-term job as a CNC lathe (m/w/d) in Remscheid and want to use your experience in CNC cutting as well as your programming knowledge with Siemens controls? For a successful company from metal processing, we are now looking for a qualified CNC lathe / machining mechanic lathe (m/w/d) in full time.

In this job offer, you program, equip and serve CNC lathes independently. You manufacture precise parts according to technical drawings, set suitable tools and machining parameters and accompany the entire manufacturing process from setup to final quality control.

A special focus is on handling CNC controls. You create new processing programs, adapt existing programs to different workpieces and optimize machine parameters when required for quality, runtime or process reliability.

During production, you control measurements, tolerances and surfaces. Fixed deviations are corrected by adjustments to the program, tool data or machine settings.

• You've completed a training as a machining mechanic lathe, CNC lathe, lathe (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification in the metal sector.
• You bring practical professional experience in machining workpieces to CNC lathes.
• You have sound knowledge of the programming and operation of Sinumerik-CNC controls.
• You can safely read and implement technical drawings as well as measurements, shapes and tolerances.
• You have experience in self-containing, clamping and setting up CNC lathes.
• You are sure to revolve with sliders, bracket measuring screws and other test equipment.

Your tasks as CNC lathe with Siemens control -

• You program CNC lathes independently with a Fagor control.
• You can customize the machines for different workpieces, individual parts and series.
• You select suitable tools, clamping means, cutting values and machining parameters.
• You manufacture precise turning parts according to technical drawings as well as dimensional and tolerance specifications.
• You monitor the processing process and correct programs or machine settings for deviations.
• You test the finished workpieces with suitable measuring means and document the results.
