You support the location organization through general office activities and administrative organization such as material procurement, delivery document control and time data collection

The building management supports you in administrative and project-related activities, in particular in written and telephone correspondence with customers

The processing and settlement of invoices, credits and payment inputs is also part of your tasks

In addition, you will start evaluations via SAP and contribute to the efficient control of the processes

Closed commercial training e.g. as an industrial businessman / businesswoman for office management / businesswoman for office communication / businessman m/w/d

Good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required as well as first experience in SAP desirable

Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
