You accompany young people and adults on their personal path to training or profession. We will now look for you in parttime (25-30 hours/week) in Celle.

What you do with us:

You work in the project "Supported Employment" or "Supported Vocational Training", which is aimed at people with disabilities or special needs. You support the participants in the application for a job or training place and prepare them for interviews.

• You conduct consultations (single and group coaching), discover hidden strengths together with your participants and wake up self-help
• Together with the target group, you develop motivating life and career perspectives and carry out application training
• You support the search for internships and training places and accompany the entry into regional companies
• You regularly visit your participants in the internship or training and support them in sustainable integration into the labour market
• You are in a trusted exchange with your interdisciplinary team, the agency for work, and medical and psychological professionals to ensure holistic care

What you bring:

Required:

• Completed vocational training or studies (Bachelor, Master) in the field of social work, social education, psychology or ergotherapy
• Alternatively appropriate Master/Fachwirt degree or training as an educator:in with experience in adult education
• driving licence and own car

Advantage:

• Professional experience in the social or educational field

Contract term

The contract is initially limited to one year. An extension depends on the course of delivery. In parallel, there is the possibility to switch to other BNW projects at our well 40 locations.
