As an in-house consultant, you will manage several important projects related to process analysis and optimization, cost-benefit analyses, benchmarking studies, etc. Your tasks: You create transparency across the entire processes by analyzing multi-stage processes and representing the impact of measures on process performance. They build continuous, digitally supported business processes to increase efficiency and transparency. You improve efficiency, quality and reduce costs by implementing best practices and insights from other subsidiaries throughout the Auxilium Group. They focus on implementing projects in all core areas of the company. You proactively drive initiatives by following a structured critical path along a coordinated roadmap. They prepare KPI reports and analyze them to identify weaknesses and monitor the implementation of improvement measures. We wish that you have a university degree in Business Administration or Economic Engineering and have at least 3 years of professional experience. You are also ready to travel regularly (60/40). Ideally, you have well-founded knowledge in lean management, in particular in the optimization and redesign of processes as well as digital tools for process optimization and their integration in business processes. Your experience in the leadership of teams and project management, especially in strategic initiatives with multiple stakeholders, will honor you. An affinity for healthcare and medical aids completes your profile. They are communicative, ambitious and dynamic. They have very good communication skills in the German language, both oral and written. Their analytical skills and problem-solving competence are as pronounced as your ability to work independently and at the same time to shine in the team.
