A completed study of social work or a comparable qualification Willingness to participate in the supplementary education Experience in advising, accompanying or promoting people in different situations of life Representative communicative skills and consulting skills High social competence and empathy in dealing with participants Structured operation and safe handling of documentation and quality assurance The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
