Ensure that safety regulations and aspects of human factors are respected by technical staff. Ensures compliance with all aviation regulations (LBA / EASA) and other approved internal EAT procedures (such as MOE, CAME, etc.) or the respective operator. Coordinated with supporting departments (e.g. Engineering, STEP, AV, Logistics) to make the aircraft available for the network as quickly as possible (in the case of AOG, larger construction sites). Daily coordination with the ramp control to ensure the continuous access of the MX to the aircraft during maintenance work. Ensures the effective and timely implementation of the requested/required work, supports the cause analysis and implementation of corrective measures if necessary (KPI and performance monitoring). Ensures the control and verification of the work order folders and the timely return of all documents. Operating support for the MOC and FOC. Monitors that all important information about EAT's reporting system will be provided for shift transfers. Contact for EAT customers (operators). Customer service for third parties in the rental of EAT equipment. Contact for events in Hangar (arrival of contractors, visitors, etc.). Ensures order and cleanliness in hangar. Tracks the efficiency of the processes, suggests improvements and participates in process optimization. Supports and implements corporate policy. Conducts special tasks / project work.
