Applications & team control: You are responsible for the operation and continuous optimization of our business applications for branches and headquarters. In doing so, you coordinate the tasks within our IT team, set priorities and ensure efficient cooperation with the departments. Process consulting & digitization: You recognize optimization potentials and develop digital solutions for more efficient workflows together with the specialist areas. Filial operation & system stability: You secure a smooth IT operation in our branches (e.g. POS systems, appointment and consulting systems, device connection). Support & Enablement: You support our users in technical and technical questions and ensure a high level of acceptance of our systems. System integration & Partner control: You coordinate external service providers and ensure the smooth interaction of our applications. Quality & operational safety: You monitor the stability of our systems, analyze disturbances and guide sustainable improvement measures. Release & Test Management: You accompany new functions and updates from planning to testing to successful rollout. Innovation & sustainability: You identify new technologies and digital potentials, bring ideas to the further development of our IT landscape and support the digital transformation of our company.

Qualification & Experience: You have a degree or comparable training in the IT environment and have already gained experience in application management, IT service management or in a similar interface function. Ideally, you also bring experience in a retail or branch-oriented environment. Application & Process Understanding: You understand how business applications support business processes, analyse requirements securely and develop practical solutions together with the departments. Systems & Technology: You bring experience in the operation and development of business applications and have a good understanding of system integrations, interfaces and modern IT landscapes. Communication & Cooperation: You communicate with users:inside, specialist areas and external service providers and convince by a service-oriented and partnership-based cooperation. Responsibility & cooperation: You bring a pronounced hands-on mentality, go ahead with a good example and tackle topics pragmatically. You are actively supporting your team in implementing sustainable solutions, setting clear priorities and promoting open and trusting cooperation.
