LEAN Construction Manager (m/f/d)

Implementation and dissemination of LEAN-Construction work in the Group with a focus on our building projects (e.g. clock planning and control, Last Planner, Shop Floor Management, KVP) Support of the operational units in the application of the scheduling software Power Project to map the timing Developing standards for tactical planning in building construction Implementation of basic training for the LEAN-oriented use of Power Project Training on LEAN working methods and tools Working with the evaluation and testing of other LEAN Construction tools and other engineering applications and their interfaces Designing the internal development and optimization of our LEAN methods and tools Independently seeking and implementing new ideas and innovations in the LEAN area to create added value for the company

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering or industrial engineering Architecture or a comparable qualification At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, if possible in the area of LEAN Construction Knowledge of scheduling, especially Power Project Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Responsible and targeted action Self-employed and structured work Happy work in the team readiness to travel within Germany
