Deputy Production Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

· Planning of production capacities under timely, economic and safety-related requirements and taking into account appropriate procedures, equipment and qualifications

· Ensuring smooth operation in assembly and foundry, with close cooperation with employees, foreworkers and the production manager

· Optimum support and further development of the 20-member team and trainees

Your profile:

· You have several years of professional experience as a master or foreman (m/w/d) in the production and assembly of a metalworking company

· To date, you have led a smaller team or as a deputy manager, you have gained first leadership experience and now want to take more responsibility

· Possibly you will also bring the qualification to the IWS welding expert or instructors with
