IT-Coordinator (w/m/d) in the area of supplier control Darmstadt | Unlimited | Full time | Hybrid

You are responsible for monitoring and ensuring that external & internal service providers and suppliers provide their contractual services (e.g. software development, maintenance, support) on time and in the agreed quality. The control of compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), milestones and deadlines as well as the identification and escalation of deviations including the initiation of countermeasures with relevant stakeholders are also your tasks. The identification and assessment of potential risks in cooperation with suppliers and the advice and support of the departments in selecting and controlling external partners are also part of your field of activity. We count on your expertise to ensure a clear definition and communication of the requirements of specialist departments to suppliers as well as support in the acceptance of products and services.

Complete studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable qualification and well-founded experience in supplier and service provider management Experience in managing IT projects Knowledge of contract and SLA management Analytical and conceptual skills Impressed communication and negotiation strength Safe handling of different stakeholders Very good German knowledge (comparable level B2 CEFR)
