Chef and Team Leader Kitchen & Goods Logistics – on board our Rhine ships (m/f/d)

You run our kitchen team with heart, mind and organizational talent. Purchasing, storage and costing are in your hand – you keep an overview of goods, quality and costs. You are regularly present on board and ensure a smooth operational implementation of our gastronomic concepts. You combine aesthetic orientation with efficient implementation – both in individual events and in recurring menus in group business. You coach the service crew during the active sale of food & beverages – with enthusiasm and know-how instead of “order mufti”. You'll talk about existing supplier relationships and keep talking regularly. In the first step, you implement our existing strategies – after that we look forward to your own ideas and impulses.

You bring passion for your profession and real host heart. You are flexible, communicative and like to work in the team – at eye level. You lead with clarity, appreciation and motivation.
