The in-house wafer processing is carried out in our clean room on a total area of 800 square meters. Our ''Operation'' group ensures the smooth running of production processes. We are responsible for the operational implementation of wafer processing, supervision of the plants and compliance with quality and safety standards. Through our close cooperation with the teams in technology and process development as well as the ''Equipment'' group, we ensure efficient use of clean room capacities and contribute significantly to the timely implementation of development and customer projects.

You carry out process steps for wafer processing in our clean rooms. You can use various automated process systems according to the requirements of the electronic production control system (MES). Their activities range from the structuring of the wafer surface by means of exposure to various etching processes to the application of thin layers. To ensure traceability and quality assurance, check the results and document all steps using MES. In addition, our scientific staff support In case of fault analyses & process optimizations, such as in the implementation of test designs. In addition, you will ensure smooth process processes by preparing and providing work material (purchasing room clothing or packaging material), as well as regularly verifying the status of the production facilities by means of checklists. Regular maintenance of the clean room systems is also part of your task. These include the refilling of media and simple functional checks. With appropriate experience, you can also support calibrations, for example by setting process parameters or using reference wafers.
