We are looking for several building cleaners (m/w/d) in full time at the next possible time, for the implementation of cleaning work in the area of building cleaning.

Tasks The building cleaner practically performs the work in the cleaning of the building. It ensures a high level of quality through its role model function. It is the link between the client and the object line. He is in constant exchange with the object manager and with his work represents the company inward and outward.

• operative cooperation (cleaning of offices, hall floors, glass surfaces, etc.)
• Cleaning and disinfection in sanitary facilities
• Compliance with time requirements
• Control of consumables
• Control of equipment
• Responsible for the waste disposal of residual substances by customer or object specification

Qualifications

• Experiences in building cleaning
• Experiences in leading floor cleaning machines
• reliable, physically loadable
• German in Word and Writing (German knowledge C1 )
• strive for professional and personal development
• Willingness to the 2 layer system (early and late layer), can also be a 3 layer system
