successfully completed vocational training Heating/ventilation/sanitary/colds or comparable qualification practical experience in the field of heating and Sanitary engineering Basic knowledge in dealing with the current MS Office Programme independent operation coupled with a high degree of Reliability and care Teamability, performance, initiative, patient and service-oriented action and appearance Car driver's license Residence in the vicinity of Bad Kösen High level of service orientation and self-initiative Experience in facility management or in one Hospital operation advantageously Knowledge of overarching building structures desirable
