Head of Technical Service & Assembly – Ammersbek site (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for all service and assembly activities at the Ammersbek site Leadership, coaching and further development of a team of about 20 employees Responsibility for sales, earnings, quality and customer satisfaction Control of order and offer management and resource planning Close cooperation with the MRP for optimal time, capacity and cost management Continuous optimization of processes, workflows and safety standards Introduction of new service and assembly concepts, technologies and digital tools Selection, support and development of a powerful subcontractor network

Complete technical or constructional training such as electronics, mechatronics, industrial mechanic with leadership experience or studies, e.g. civil engineering, electrical engineering, utility technology, TGA, mechanical engineering, state-tested technicians (electrotechnics, construction engineering, mechanical engineering), masters in the field of electrical, metal, SHK Multiannual professional experience in a leading function, e.g. as a service manager, assembly manager, construction manager, project manager, field manager, operation manager Experience in the construction, assembly, service or plant environment, ideally with subcontractors Entrepreneurial thinking and joy in developing a location strategically Embossed leadership and communication strength with hands-on mentality Structured, solution-oriented mode of operation and decision-making driving licence class B
