Technical talent scouting with focus: You recruit specialists from the technical world – from technicians and technicians / masters to engineers in energy infrastructure engineering. You understand their qualifications, ways of thinking and requirements and recognize professional potentials quickly and accurately. End-to-end recovery: You are responsible for the entire recruiting process – from job alerts to screening, conducting interviews to successful occupation. In doing so, you proactively drive the process and support our executives to optimally strengthen their teams. Expert for recruiting strategy with measurable success: As a Sparring partner, you advise our leaders at eye level and develop the optimal Hiring Plan for your target group. You use the most effective channels in a targeted manner and control the recruiting process continuously and measurably via KPIs and reporting. Active Sourcing for technical specialists: In addition to classic job markets and social media campaigns, you actively engage in the direct language of technical professionals and build sustainable talent pools – using modern AI-based search software to identify the appropriate talents even more targeted. Quality, structure and innovation in recruiting: actively introduce your ideas and design modern recruiting strategies for technical target groups. Set pilot projects and events – for example on our construction sites or as a planning workshop – and be close to your target group. Through close cooperation on site, you expand your knowledge of technical profiles and work fields, inspire candidates in a targeted manner and raise the Candidate Experience to a new level.

You have completed a commercial training or study and have completed at least 2 years of professional experience in in-house recruitment for a medium-sized company or group environment in the technical environment, ideally in energy infrastructure construction. Recruiting processes control you structured, independent and service-oriented via applicant management systems, preferably d.vinci, and ensure that managers are optimally supported in the occupation of their teams. Your well-founded understanding of the technical target group allows you to address candidates professionally and convincingly. You shape Active Sourcing measures as well as target group-oriented strategies and campaigns that show effect. Based on well-founded evaluations and reports, you control the recruitment strategy for your target group. With your analytical view and your high level of optimisation, you ensure that recruiting measures are measurably successful and are continuously improved. With your pioneering spirit and team focus, you’ll go new creative ways to win talents and continuously improve recruiting processes, working closely with the HR team and other disciplines.
