Project Manager Client Representation (m/f/d)

Your tasks: Shaping the future together: Own-sponsored project management and perception of client tasks - from the creation of feasibility studies to the start of the project up to the control of the commissioning of the implemented project objectives Ensuring the budget, time and quality implementation and continuous support of construction projects in new and restructured buildings as well as the rehabilitation of buildings in all performance phases according to HOAI Demand determination and user agreement of future users of new buildings Creating tenders and negotiation and awarding of planning and construction services Representation of the department as well as the builder in company-internal departments and external coordination with authorities and specialist engineers Installation of maintenance and rehabilitation plans Participation in the monitoring/enforcement of warranty claims Budget planning: Creation of annual investment and maintenance budgets Your profile - Together grow: A successfully completed degree in architecture or civil engineering Long-standing experience in the independent processing of complex construction projects - construction project management, tendering, negotiation and awarding as well as monitoring of planning and construction services Funded knowledge in planning and construction management as well as the necessary regulations, HOAI, VOB, LBOAVO, factory contract law AHOs, fire protection etc. Multiannual experience in project management/control, project management and management of project teams Knowledge of structured workflows and know-how about their creation and compliance Extensive knowledge of MS Office Negotiating English and ideally other languages Impressed communication skills, high cooperation readiness and negotiation skills Implementation strength and a high level of enforcement A pronounced quality, cost and time consciousness Great organizational skills, independence, flexibility and loadability Your benefits in a valuable corporate culture: In addition to an attractive, performance-oriented remuneration, you can expect 30 days of vacation, extensive additional services such as holiday and Christmas money, a contribution to the company's retirement and numerous employee discounts.
