Expert Financial Accounting - Invoice Processing with SAP FI / VIM (m/f/d)

You enable employees through practical and target-group-oriented user trainings for the safe and efficient use of the auditing and release processes – from the first conception to implementation to continuous further development. As a central contact person for the user support in accounting, you ensure efficient and law-compliant processes of the document release processes in SAP FI / VIM including associated master data. You create transparency and orientation by developing sound analyses, practical guidelines and meaningful reports – and thus actively contribute to the optimization and efficiency of our financial processes. Your expertise brings you into sector-related projects and actively contributes to the digitization and further development of our accounting process. You deal independently with business, tax and accounting issues and provide targeted knowledge transfer.

Completioned business studies or completed commercial training with further training to/from the farmer and several years (3+) professional practice in accounting or financial accounting - preferably creditors) Knowledge of electronic invoice processing (e.g. XRechnung or ZUGFeRD) and the digitization and automation of accounting processes taking into account GoBD and relevant tax requirements High IT affinity, innovative spirit and analytical understanding for the optimization of digital financial processes Safe handling of SAP and very good know-how in MS Excel Embossed organizational and communicative skills as well as negotiation-proof German (C2)
