Project Management Post Merger Integration: You act as a central contact for subsidiaries during the PMI process – both on a professional and cultural level. Development and implementation of corporate effects/synergies: You identify potentials for cooperation, coordinate the implementation and accompany the sustainable impact of the benefits of our group of companies – both between holding and subsidiaries and within the group. Interface to COO: In direct cooperation with the Chief Operating Officer, you actively engage in operational and strategic issues and provide sound support in decision-making processes. Contract responsibility: You are responsible for the negotiation, conclusion and management of framework agreements with external service providers and insurance providers. Presentations & leadership: You prepare complex content to address and present it to the management and executive meetings in internal strategy meetings. Project controlling and reporting: You follow the progress of integration and development measures, prepare results and report directly to the management at holding level.

A completed study of the business economy or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a strategic, project-oriented role – ideally in a medium-sized company in the construction industry Sovereign appearance, pronounced communication strength and negotiation security in dealing with internal and external contacts Ability to reach people empathically and inspire for common goals Funded knowledge in project management as well as safe handling of complex, company-wide change processes Knowledge in the field of post-Merger integration (PMI) is advantageous High readiness to travel to our subsidiaries – especially during the integration phase An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on mentality
