We are looking for an employee (m/w/d) Business Integration Management (BEM) for our Corporate Environment, Health & Safety organization unit in Munich.

Your exciting tasks: Responsible planning, coordination and implementation of the company integration management (BEM) according to § 167 SGB IX in a BEM team Contact persons for internal and external parties (e.g. employees, executives, business physician, severely disabled representative, integration office, health insurance companies and rehabilitation agencies) Analysis of the individual work situation and development of individual measures to ensure the sustainable safety of workability Moderation of BEM talks and control of the entire reintegration process Documentation and evaluation of the BEM procedures taking into account data protection requirements Participation in measures and projects in occupational health management and prevention and health promotion Regular Germany-wide travel activities for personal care of employees at our locations

Take this with you: Complete training or studies in the field of personnel, social work, health management or comparable expertise, qualifications and experience in the field of health or human resources Remarkable: additional qualification as a disability manager or occupational health manager Knowledge of labour and social law, in particular § 167 SGB IX and data protection Representative consulting, communication and conflict resolution competence High level of empathy, discretion and sense of responsibility Experience in professional discussion with different target groups Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Secure handling of MS Office as well as ideal SAP knowledge High readiness for travel within Germany Class B driving licence
