As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will work on TGA projects in the Landesbau Schleswig-Holstein and contribute to the safe, energy-efficient equipment of, among others, courts, prisons and prosecutors. An overview of existing technical systems can be obtained directly on site and you enter the actual state structured and professionally appropriate Technical installations focusing on heating, climate, sanitary and room air technology are analysed, evaluated and prepared as a basis for further planning You create performance directories and then check the offers Talks with users and other stakeholders lead you to targeted and addressable and you clearly represent your tasks under viable compromises Planning and implementation shall be carried out using standards, directives and administrative provisions Project objectives follow you continuously and you actively request results

Complete study of the Department of Supply Technology, Energy and Building Technology, Green Building Engineering, Green Technology and Mechanical engineering or a comparable field as an alternative: completed qualification as a technician (m/w/d) or master (m/w/d) in one of the above-mentioned disciplines with relevant professional experience in the mentioned tasks and planning fields Competences in planning, coordination or implementation of supply systems, ideally in public construction Ability to make professionally informed decisions and to represent them clearly and consistently addressable Structured, self-responsible working with a view to priorities and the overall project Teamability and willingness to compromise in interdisciplinary project structures and acceptance for administrative procedures Willingness to work in security-relevant buildings (e.g. courts, judicial detention centres, public prosecutors) Class B / 3 driving licence as well as the readiness to operate within Schleswig-Holsteins Interest in sustainable technical solutions and renewable energies
