Monitoring of stocks of goods and support in the identification of needs Implementation, tracking and voting of orders and delivery dates Examination of order confirmations and supplier invoices including clarification of disagreements Coordination of goods inputs and ensuring optimum availability of goods Maintenance and updating of supplier, product and product data Analysis and cleaning of storage differences Processing internal enquiries on purchase-relevant topics and support in return management Working with Forecasts, New Products and Assortment Care

You are currently impersonated at a university or university – ideally in an economic, technical or comparable course of study You are interested in purchasing, goods management and business relations You work structured, carefully and independently You have fun dealing with numbers and keep track of multiple tasks You are strong in communication, reliable and like to work in the team You bring your own initiative and are interested in optimizing processes You have very good German skills and are sure to use MS Office as well as digital applications First practical experiences in the commercial sector are of advantage, but no need
