• Operation of chain excavators, thrusters, wheel loaders, roller trains and dumpers – partly with GPS control.
• Over-regional/assembly work on demolition, refurbishment and landfill sites.
• Support in the organisation and coordination of workflows with a view to subsequent management tasks.
• Participation in targeted training and qualification measures – we accept the costs for you.
• Practical promotion by experienced colleagues who accompany you on your way.
• Perspective: independent management of a construction site team and acquisition of pre-workers after successful qualification. Your profile
• Ideally a completed training as a construction engineer (m/w/d) or relevant, multi-year professional experience.
• Motivation for personal development and acquisition of leadership responsibility.
• Willingness to participate in training and further training to the foreman (m/w/d).
• Flexibility to work at changing locations – we take over the costs of good accommodation and triggering.
