You are responsible for the technical, legal and optical maintenance and maintenance of the property including all facilities and buildings. Requirements are technical understanding and a hands-on mentality combined with commercial knowledge. A further development in the field of fire protection is desirable. Ideally, you have already collected relevant professional experience in a similar position. Your profile is rounded off by secure knowledge in MS Office.
