Right from the first day, you will support data-driven projects and contribute significantly to our Vision Best-In-Class Customer Care. These challenges include: Active cooperation in one of our data-driven project teams

Participation in the development of digital solutions and support in controlling external development partners

Design and execution of appropriate change management measures for rollouts of digital solutions

Participation in the creation and design of important decision-making templates and workshop formats

Support in the development of data models & Dashboards (Power BI)

Takeover of documentation and error analysis

The activity can begin from May 2026.

You study economic engineering, sciences or a similar discipline

You have a basic understanding of business relationships and ideally first experience in change management

You are safe in dealing with MS-Office – especially PowerPoint – and ideally have first knowledge in collaborative tools like MURAL

Basic programming skills and first experiences with Power BI are of advantage (DAX and M)

New technologies such as GenAI and the possibilities that result

You could already gain experience in an agile working environment

You communicate fluently in German and English

You are characterized by an independent way of working and reliability, has a quick understanding and only so full of ideas

You have fun at work and a pinch of humor

Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share. Additional conditions & information: Currently, we need you to complete a mandatory internship. We are looking for you if you bring at least three (ideal: six) months of time for your internship with us. You can start with us from mid-May 2026.
