Senior Controller / Head of Controlling for the Engineered Products segment (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for holding controlling within the segment Control and development of budgeting, forecasting and medium-term planning processes Analysis of ongoing business development and identification of opportunities, risks and optimization potentials Development and implementation of sustainable measures to improve earnings and performance Creation of meaningful management reports, ad hoc analyses and decision templates Sparring partners for segment management, management of shareholders and the Management Board Ensuring transparent financial management of international participations Further development of reporting, planning and controlling instruments Professional leadership and further development of an international controlling team Close cooperation with Accounting, Treasury, M&A and other Corporate Functions

minimum. 5 years of professional experience in participation controlling international corporate experience and readiness to travel Experience with professional leadership responsibility, also internationally Professional experience in the field of Big4, Accounting or Factory Controlling very good English knowledge of word and writing Experience with reporting and accounting tools like Lucanet or PowerBI high IT affinity is a must, relevant experience with SAP advantageous
