Discipline and professional leadership of an international Azure team (currently 4 employees) – You create an environment where people grow and deliver together Overall responsibility for the stable operation of our Azure platforms and Windows-based workloads – quality and reliability are not compromise topics for you Operation and development of Windows Server environments in hybrid scenarios (on-premises, Azure Arc, Azure Local) Responsibility for incident, change and problem management according to established operating standards as well as active participation of processes and escalation paths Consulting, design, construction and operation of Azure Stacks for demanding enterprise customers – you stay hands-on and close to technology Developing our Azure portfolio with market trends, customer needs and technological differentiation – you recognize opportunities and translate them into new services Close cooperation with Presales and Account Management to represent our Azure expert in customer discussions Creating the Cloud Practice of Claranet Germany – You bring your own ideas and actively contribute to the strategic orientation

Multiannual practical experience with Microsoft Azure –Compute, Networking, IAM, Storage, Azure Policy and Beyond Experience in the (technical and/or disciplinary) leadership of teams, paired with a clear hands-on mentality Deep understanding of Windows Server environments: operation, hardening, patching and migration to the cloud Reliable experiences in handling hybrid scenarios (Azure Arc, Azure Local, Azure VDI) Solid knowledge of automation and configuration management – PowerShell, Ansible and Terraform belong to your tool box Experience in platform operation according to defined operating standards: Incident, Change and Problem Management are a practice that is lived for you, no theory Understanding Security and Compliance: Vulnerability Management, ISO requirements and a safety-oriented mindset in daily operation Market view: You are watching trends, understand customer needs and can embed technical solutions into a business context Communication strength in German and English – both internally and in the customer talk In addition, of advantage: Microsoft Azure Certifications (e.g. AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-500) Knowledge in the Presales environment: Supply creation, workshops or proof-of-concepts
