Delivery & Programme Responsibility: End-to-end control of specialist IT and digital programs, including roadmap, priority and go-live management, and clean project-to-operation transition Hands-on implementation: Active cooperation in integration and flat-form topics (API, iPaaS, cloud confi­cations), direct support in Go-Lives, Stabilisation and Troubleshooting. Stakeholder & Demand Management: structured request, expectation management at specialist and management level, preparation of steering appointments. Provider & Delivery Governance: Control of external service providers according to SLA/KPI, coordination of changes, releases and escalations.

Completed studies (Bachelor / Master) in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business with IT focus or comparable qualification Alternatively, a completed IT training, e.g. as a specialist for system integration or application development Relevant certifications of advantage: PRINCE2, Azure Administrator / Architect Multiannual experience in IT delivery, program or project management as well as experience in cloud and hybrid IT landscapes (e.g. Azure, SAP environment, platforms) Very good understanding of integrations & data flows (API, iPaaS, intersections) willingness and ability to implement hands‐on Routine in stakeholder management at the level of expertise, IT and provider Structured, high-priority work with clear implementation focus Communication strength, decision-making and enforcement Very good German and good English skills
