The following exciting tasks await you as part of your internship in the field of Advanced Analytics & AI: With the help of implementing digitization projects in the areas of Advanced Analytics and Artificial Intelligence Support for the identification, analysis and evaluation of top-down/bottom-up process optimization potentials through qualitative & quantitative analyses as well as requirements engineering and rapid prototyping (Power BI/Python Stack in Azure environment) Development of high-quality analytics products and implementation of GenAI in the system landscape Responsibility for data analysis from conception to modeling to handover to implementation using advanced analytics methods (data mining, machine learning, neuronal networks...) Working with the identification and exploration of data sources and the design of strategic, cross-functional data models for use in multiple analytics projects and integration into a project-wide data layer Insights into the application of agile software development methods and control of implementation in cooperation with our international teams as well as in the selection and cooperation with external development partners Identification and preparation of an external thesis (Bachelor or Master) at Mercedes-Benz The internship shall be filled for 6 months from March 2026.

Studies in the technical, mathematical or economic field German and English skills First practical experience in process analysis and optimization or software development in a dynamic-analytical working environment and in the implementation of digitization projects Programming language knowledge in relevant data science languages (Python, R) on large data processing frameworks (e.g. Azure Data Factory, Azure Fabrics, Databricks, etc.) Designed strategic, conceptual, methodological and organizational skills Extraordinary high analytical and conceptual skills High technical and digital understanding Embossed team skills and fun on cross-functional project work Curiosity and urge to explore technological innovations in the cloud, analytics and AI environment High design urge, creative problem-solving skills and hands-on mentality Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, lettering, certificates, current enrollment certificate with a specification of the semester, if necessary.
