You monitor the SB devices of our customers: using modern management tools and make sure everything runs smoothly. You recognize disorders early, analyze them in first-level support and direct the appropriate measures. Operator checks by bank employees or value transport are coordinated by you – including ticket creation and feedback to the customers. You carefully care about the contact management and the device master – data quality is natural for you. You will start individual evaluations for our customers and ensure that our internal documentation is always up to date and complete.

You have a completed training – whether technical or commercial – and bring the necessary know-how. Technical understanding is not only present to you, but is pronounced – you recognize problems before they arise. Service orientation lies in your blood: you think, negotiate solution-oriented and enjoy helping others. You communicate clearly, kindly and at eye level – in writing as oral. Shiftwork and weekend services? No problem for you – you stay flexible and reliable.
