Payroll Accountant (m/w/d)

On behalf of our client Jofa-Tech GmbH, an owner-managed company based in the building industry in Mannheim, we are looking for a full-time payroll account holder (m/w/d) at the next possible time. For over 10 years, our client has been working successfully in the development of sophisticated large-scale projects in the fields of electrical/MSR technology, heating/cold technology, RLT/RDA systems and sanitary technology. Own and timely implementation of wage and salary bills for industrial and commercial employees

Care and administration of personal master data and movement data

Support for reporting and certification (e.g. health insurance, social security, professional association)

Correspondence with social security institutions and authorities

Processing of tax and social insurance issues

Creation of evaluations and reports for management

Cooperation with financial accounting and human resources

Completed commercial training with training on/to payroll accountants or comparable qualifications

Knowledge of the right to pay tax and social security

Safe handling of DATEV (in particular LODAS), ideally also with the industry software PDS

Professional experience in pay billing, ideally in the craft or construction field
