› Coordination and implementation of procurement procedures in accordance with the applicable legal regulations at EU, federal and national level › Formal examination of tendering and award documents with regard to procurement and construction requirements (BGB building law) › Technical advice and support of the organizational units on all issues relating to the procurement of construction, supply and services › Care, care and further development of the eVergabe platform › Working with the development and maintenance of internal regulations, instructions and processes for procurement, as well as standardised tender documents and contractual contents › Care and updating of the company's internal database with legislation and information on procurement topics › Regular information about current developments in procurement law and participation in the organisation and implementation of training measures, in particular within the framework of the e‐learning concept › Support in the follow-up management for technical projects: Examination of follow-up requirements in terms of computational and technical aspects, follow-up negotiations, approval of follow-ups, construction and further development of a follow-up management system

› Completed relevant university degree (Bachelor degree), preferably the field of civil engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification › Funded knowledge in public procurement law (GWB, VgV, SektVO, VOB, VOL, UVgO, NTVergG, etc.) › Safe application and practical implementation of complex legal regulations at EU, federal and national level › Basic knowledge in the technical and calculatory follow-up management, including the appropriate examination, negotiation and documentation of follow-ups › Ideally professional practice in the field of construction and maintenance, e.g. port facilities › Power of persuasion, communication strength, integrity, social competence and team capacity › Target and result-oriented thinking and a good understanding of economic relationships › High responsiveness and decision-making within the framework of your own tasks › Secure German knowledge (at least C1 level) › Class B driving licence
