Advising and supporting people with disabilities and their relatives in the run-up to SGB IX Determination of individual participation requirements according to § 118 SGB IX based on ICF Implementation of participation plan discussions, preparation and updating of individual, person-centred overall and participation plans taking into account personal and social resources Implementation of overall and participation plan conferences Application of performance and remuneration agreements to identify specific levels of integration assistance close cooperation with expertise and other professions

a successfully completed university study of social work or social education with state recognition social competence in dealing with people with disabilities, knowledge and experience in the fields of counselling and discussion readiness and ability to create various documents for participation planning willingness to work on expertise related to physical, psychological or cognitive limitations and their possible effects Willingness to work and apply in contractual basis for the remuneration of services economic thinking Ability to act independently and responsibly readiness and ability to interdisciplinary cooperation, strong coordination and conflictability Loadability, flexibility, team capability
