Senior Manager Tax Reporting & Tax Accounting ContiTech - REF92559A (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager (m/w/d) Tax Reporting & Tax Accounting to strengthen our global tax team at ContiTech. In this function, you take responsibility for essential tax reporting processes and ensure the correct calculation and reporting of latent taxes. In addition, you act as a central contact person for IFRS tax topics, auditors and internal stakeholders and ensure regular and efficient reporting in a dynamic international environment. Your duties Responsibility for the tax reporting process (budget, forecast, Actual) for all relevant issues in a global tax environment, including the accounting of deferred taxes, the calculation of tax expenses and tax cash flows Ensuring the correct calculation of current and latent taxes according to IFRS (IAS 12) and local accounting regulations within the Group Contact person for special IFRS tax topics and close cooperation with management, auditors and auditors Further development and continuous optimization of the tax reporting packages and support in their group-wide implementation Integration of Pillar Two requirements into existing tax reporting processes and structures Conception and implementation of targeted training programs for tax accounting and tax reporting Independent and quality-oriented work in a small global team and close cooperation with the operational business units

successfully completed studies of business management, economics, tax theory or a comparable degree; a qualification as a tax advisor (m/w/d) is advantageous Multiannual professional experience in the tax area of an internationally active company or an audit or audit Tax consulting company Very good knowledge of accounting standards including IFRS, local GAAP and tax accounting High affinity for technology and digitalization as well as excellent knowledge in MS Office and SAP Understanding tax issues and their impact on international companies Interest in the use of data analytics and automation to improve tax risk monitoring and the efficiency of reporting processes German and English knowledge in word and writing Embossed communication and team skills and intercultural competence The applications of disabled people are welcome
