We are driving forward the agile transformation in IT: We work with numerous Scrum teams to SAFe Clear Scrum Process with Sprints, Sprint Planning, Daily, Sprint Review and Retrospective Agile implementation of SAP S/4 HANA and the expansion of the cloud architecture

Development of application and system architecture including structural design, dependency analysis and strategic orientation Creation and maintenance of the target building plan, in particular in the context of SAP S/4HANA Retail, as well as conceptual preparation of relevant IT initiatives Analysis and development of high-level solution architectures along business processes and the toom process landscape Participation in IT and architecture guidelines, governance requirements and standards to ensure quality and process x cells Documentation of systems within relevant technical domains and derivation of guidelines for the further development of the system landscape Close cooperation with REWE Group's strategic business units for the preparation and decision-making of architectural issues

That's what you bring: A completed study in the field of (economic) informatics, business administration or comparable training with IT reference Multiannual experience in a consulting or trading company in a comparable role – especially with the topics of digitalization, retail, mobility, hybrid architectures, etc. Knowledge about SAP products, especially in the SAP Retail environment Comprehensive experience in common project management and consulting methods as well as in program management German language skills in word and writing (min. B2-Level) Analytical and solution-oriented thinking and abstraction capability Very good communication and moderation skills as well as fun at agile work
