Supply Chain Project Workstream Lead – Demand Planning (m/w/d)

Project Management (Planning, Coordination and Steering of the Project Process) of the Workstream Demand Planning for the Imple­mentation of an Extensive Advanced Planning Software (APS) for Three Produc­tion Varieties, from Selection via Process Design and Konfi­cation to Go-live Definition and documenization of the blueprint process in BPM software at levels 1 to 4, including KPIs and reports Conception and system-side conversion of the APS configuration including detailed design, test cases and pilot Development of a training concept and implementation of training with key and end users (m/w/d)

Independently deriving and implementing work packages and measures from the roadmap Coordination of in- and external partners and organization of workshops in our digi­tal supply chain process with a focus on the integration of an overarching planning soft­ware Compensation and synchronization with other subprojects or Activities to secure a radioactive end-to-end process Documentation of results, as well as communication to the relevant stakeholders The aim of the project is to ensure that the objectives are met (time, budget, content), including report to the project manager. The project manager is responsible for the production of depreciation templates and for the escalation of risks, deviations and time limits

Completed subject-related high-school studies, e.g. in the field of economic engineering or business management / BWL, or a comparable quality Multiannual professional activity and/or strategic work experience in the field of supply chain management / SCM, preferably in the pharmaceutical or similar regulated industry First practice in project management (PRINCE o.A.), as team management or in the implementation of tactical measures Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Know-how in the work with ERP systems (e.g. SAP R/3 and S/4), best practice in placement Knowledge in planning systems, e.g. Kinaxis, OMP and SAP IBP, desirable Safe German and English in Word and Writing Very good communication and presentation skills High commitment, resilience, agility and readiness to learn Imprinted travel service to the production sites of the medac Group
