Process Engineer Justage (m/f/d)

Analyse production processes of high performance lithography systems to implement improvement measures in terms of quality, process stability and costs in consultation with the process controller and, if necessary, perform them.

Technical support of complete value flow sections

Apply objective assembly and adjustment.

Support the production start of our products during development and coordinate and improve development results with R&D.

Conduct the technological evaluation and processing of customer complaints, for example, using 8D or Six Sigma methodology.

A very good university degree in optoelectronics, precision engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, physics or comparable MINT study program.

2-3 years of experience in the evaluation and analysis of manufacturing processes in the semiconductor industry or measuring technology/optics.

Proven system understanding in handling complex, technical overall systems.

Experience in the application of 8D/PDCA, Six Sigma and Lean.

High flexibility and team capacity, strong expertise, communication strength and enforcement capability.

Good knowledge of English in word and writing.
