IT Service Technician (m/f/d)

You make sure that hardware and software can play together smoothly and that our customers can work smoothly. The collection and processing of IT hardware for the next use is also part of your task. You make sure that devices work reliably again - from small software problems to hardware replacement. You work with internal and customer-specific tools and continuously develop existing processes. The coordination of repair and the control of the associated processes are also your responsibility. Occasionally you support the deliveries and are directly in use with the customer.
