Strengthen our team as a Financial Accountant (m/w/d) at our location in Wiesbaden. Support is sought for the teams of travel cost accounting, debitor accounting or creditor accounting. Please specify in your application which areas are most interesting for you.

Processing of debitor accounting, including account withdrawal processing, open-post management and dunning Accounting and auditing of input invoices and credits in the SAP system. Supporting creditor management, including supplier communication and processing of reminders. Processing of travel expenses, credit card bills and cash registers as well as ensuring compliance with internal policies. clarification of payment, invoice and booking differences in coordination with customers, suppliers and employees. Processing of special cases, in particular insolvency, exchange rate differences and open claims. Creation of evaluations and reports and support in the analysis of financially relevant data. Cross-departmental cooperation and participation in the optimization and digitization of financial and accounting processes.

Completed commercial training, ideally with further training to the financial account holder/in (IHK). Multiannual professional experience and well-founded expertise in financial accounting with a focus on debitor, creditor or travel cost accounting. Secure handling of SAP as well as good MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word. Embossed analytical skills, high accuracy, structured working and sense of responsibility. Experience in the optimization and digitization of financial processes Good communication skills with very good German (level C1 or higher) and English skills (level B1 or higher)
