IT License and Contract Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibility for Group-wide software license management including maintenance of licenses, evidence and relevant documentation. Coordination of external software audits (e.g. Microsoft, SAP) as well as ensuring license compliance, transparency and cost-effectiveness of the software portfolio. Analysis and optimization of the license situation and identification of savings potentials. Advising specialist areas and product owners on license management topics as well as central contact person for software licenses and software selection. Compilation of evaluations and reports (e.g. usage analyses) and support in IT cost accounting in cooperation with the controlling. Participation in the design and management of IT service and software license agreements and support of tenders and supplier management. Management, monitoring and optimization of IT contracts as well as further development of the electronic IT file solution. Support and further development of the Software Asset Management Tools.

Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training, ideally in the IT environment (e.g. as an IT businessman/wife). First experience in license management, software asset management or a comparable area are of advantage. Interest in IT topics as well as a good understanding of common technologies, software solutions and IT processes. Safe handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook. An independent, structured and careful working method paired with a high level of sense of responsibility. Extensive analytical capability and pleasure in optimizing processes and developing economic solutions. Communication strength, service orientation and the ability to work together successfully with different contact persons. Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing.
