You are for the independent and timely execution of the monthly salary bill for a fixed employee group with the billing program KIDICAP incl. responsible for control, time-limit monitoring and account clarification with financial accounting You advise employees on salary billing, wage tax and social security, maternity protection, parental leave etc. You correspond with authorities and social security institutions (e.g. health insurance) You take responsibility for reporting and certification You set up work and change contracts according to your specifications You’re working on audits and personnel projects

You have a commercial training ideally with additional qualification in wage and salary billing as well as job-specific professional experience You have comprehensive knowledge of social security, tax and labour law You bring profound experience in dealing with billing software - preferably KIDICAP An independent and careful way of working as well as a high degree of structure and result orientation characterize you Very good MS office skills are for you
