You lead your 30-member team in final production and support the professional and personal development of your employees. With regard to dates, capacities and quality, you ensure that production orders are implemented efficiently and in time. Existing production and assembly processes are critical and you are introducing your own ideas to improve processes. In close coordination with the areas of order center, service, quality and logistics, you will ensure smooth order throughput. With challenges in daily business, you actively support your team and develop practical solutions together. Quality standards, safety of work and order and cleanliness are at your fingertips at all times and you can participate in cross-disciplinary projects.

Complete studies in engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field of expertise. (m/w/d) or a comparable technical qualification. Multiannual professional experience in a manufacturing industrial company, ideally in machine or plant engineering. Knowledge of common manufacturing and assembly processes and a strong understanding of technical relationships and production processes. First experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership of employees is desirable and the pleasure of motivating and developing teams. Structured and solution-oriented working together with sense of responsibility and joy of decision. Safe handling of ERP systems as well as common MS Office applications and a high level of readiness to learn to work into new tasks and processes.
