Together, we develop a central platform for digitizing E.ON network: iPEN! The Energy Networks Information Platform (iPEN) ensure that the data of regional distribution network operators are central can be bundled and made available. You support us to build new business insights hub within iPEN, the standard reporting of business processes with AI-based Process Reporting & Mining combined. The new product is an important Instrument for distribution system operators to dashboards for diverse Analysis of business processes on a single database to be operated. In this way, we increase efficiency, transparency and allow data and fact-based decisions for all Distribution system operators within E.ON.

A task that requires heroa

· You support all data integration activities for the new product within the existing iPEN data integration platform (Databricks, Unity Catalog

· You design and drive the process to connect the source systems and supports the data engineers of the network operators, transforming common data model of Energy Networks.

· You support and empower the data engineers of the network operators, actively contribute to the ETL code base, actively promotes a Reuse of ETL code between the DSOs and thus secure comprehensive compliance for the transformation logic.

· You implement pipelines for data extraction (ETL pipelines).

· You are responsible for a stable operation of the pipelines Data extraction.

A background that convinces

· Proven experience with the Microsoft Azure technology stack, especially Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks.

· Proven multiannual experience in the development of Python, Scala, SQL, Spark and Databricks and when providing cloud-native solutions.

· proven experience in the management of data extraction pipelines.

· Embossed analytical and structured way of thinking, high organizational skills.

· You have excellent communication skills and are strong in Creating concepts.

· You speak German and English fluently.
