These tasks await you: You plan your own-responsive investigations and organisational studies of individual subject areas or organizational units and carry them through You enter, optimise, document and communicate business processes with the aim of implementing standardized, IT-supported processes aligned with Process Plus for savings banks (PPS) and thus also to the model organisations You take on the methodological and technical management/cooperation of/in projects and working groups You are responsible for the support of several subject areas in the credit business including the related applications and contracts

That's what you bring: You have a banker S or a comparable qualification You bring well-founded expertise in the workflows in the credit business You have the ability to analytical thinking and cross-departmental thinking, as well as independent and conceptual work You draw through moderation and presentation skills as well as through enforcement strengths You drive change processes autonomously and boost the further development of our savings banks You are digitally affin and use appropriate tools in everyday professional life
