At 25 locations we are active with over 1,000 employees:inside for about 8,000 clients:inside with great commitment. In our tax consultancy department at the Nuremberg site, we support clients: from a wide range of industries and legal forms in all central tax issues – from ongoing consultation to annual accounts and tax returns to design advice and supervision of audits. As a department manager, you will lead a team of around ten colleagues: both professional and disciplined and are the central contact person for demanding tax issues in the location network.

You lead a team of about 10 employees professionally and disciplinaryly, including promotion, coaching and further development You advise our clients on complex tax issues and develop individual design solutions, e.g. in the case of legal choice, restructuring or business successes You first and audit trade and tax accounts and tax returns for clients of different legal forms You judge complex tax issues and secure high professional quality together with your team You analyze business evaluations and guide action recommendations for our clients You accompany audits and communicate with financial management and other stakeholders You participate in location-related and company-wide projects and introduce your ideas in the further development of processes and digitization topics, for example in the DATEV environment

You are appointed as a tax advisor; an occupation of this position is not possible without tax advisor title You have several years of professional experience in tax consulting, in the best case in a tax consulting company or firm Ideally, you bring leadership experience or experience in the professional guidance, review or team coordination You have well-founded knowledge in the preparation and examination of annual accounts and tax returns of various legal forms You are sure to use DATEV, especially DATEV pro, as well as the current MS Office applications You work independently, structured and perform confidently in client communication You are interested in cross-site cooperation and project work (processes, quality and digitization)
