As an IAM specialist (m/w/d) design and optimize authorization management including all processes, guidelines and tools. You take over the (partial) project management and connect IT applications to the IAM tool. You support us both in the design and introduction of a group-wide IAM solution and create management reports and dashboards. You train specialist areas and assist them in defining authorization roles and corresponding concepts. You carry out plausibility tests and accompany further tests, such as revision or supervision.

Successful study of BWL, computer science or comparable courses or completed training Multiannual professional practice in authorization management or identity & access management (IAM), IT security management, user law management and compliance, preferably in a bank or insurance Long-standing experience in handling IAM tools, ideally SailPoint IdentityIQ and NEXIS Expertise in information security as well as familiar with regulatory guidelines and standards such as DORA, ISO/IEC 2700x, MaRisk, BAIT or the Data Protection Act Funded know-how in MS Office as well as basic knowledge in Active Directory, LDAP, SAP GRC, Archer and Jira Very good German and reliable English in word and writing
