You take over the disciplinary leadership as well as the establishment, the professional pooling and further development of a team of experts and experts distributed throughout Germany in training in railway, control and safety technology / EBA. You actively support sales and promote the qualitative and economic development of existing and new services. You ensure the operational processing of customer orders, control the order pipeline and contract processing and work closely with MRP, Customer Service, Sales and Tender Management. You represent the business field internally and externally, bring the topics of railway, control and safety technology into visible form in e.g. bodies, public authorities and customer discussions and position TÜV Rheinland as a strong partner in the market. You accompany the training, incorporation and power of extension of experts, identify training needs and ensure the professional competence.

completed technical or business studies or comparable qualifications; ideally with focus on electrical engineering, signal technology, railway technology or an art-related area several years of professional experience in the railway sector, e.g. from an engineering office, planning office, signal engineering, railway planning or as an expert in the EBA environment; Experience with plan and acceptance tests is advantageous knowledge of relevant regulations, standards and regulations in the railway and electrical engineering environment, ideally experience with DB regulations, DIN standards, PRÜF-STE and cooperation with authorities and institutions Entrepreneurial thinking, very good communication and moderation capabilities, diplomatic skills and the ability to motivate, network and actively shape change Very good German knowledge, at least basic English knowledge, driving license class B, knowledge of SAP and BI tools are of advantage
